Main Responsibilities: Selling mobile devices, postpaid plans, and number portability services through direct commercial management and cold outreach (hybrid model: in-store and street-based). What We Are Looking For: • High school graduate. • Minimum 6 months of experience selling telecommunications services. • Commercial mindset, proactivity, and strong communication skills. • Full-time availability and willingness to work outdoors. • Not currently enrolled in in-person academic programs (schedules cannot be adjusted). • Willingness to work at any location across the city. What We Offer: • Initial contract for a specific project or task, lasting one year (temporary); subsequent possibility of direct employment based on performance (you may transition to direct employment before one year depending on performance and receive additional non-statutory benefits). • You join under contract from the training phase; commissions begin in the first month upon successful completion of training. • Base salary: $1,750,905 + statutory benefits + uncapped performance-based commissions (you decide how much you earn). • Monthly payment on the 25th. • Work schedule: Sunday to Sunday, fulfilling 44 weekly hours. (Rest days according to law—typically two Sundays per month plus mid-week compensatory days). • Flexibility to be assigned to any location across the city. • Work modality: 30% in-store. 70% fieldwork (cold outreach, activations, events, purple zone coverage).
