Leadership in building freelance commercial teams Position Purpose: (WE ARE HIRING PERSONNEL ACROSS THE ENTIRE DEPARTMENT OF BOYACA) We seek a Technician, Technologist, or Professional specialized in Payroll Loan Origination (Pension sector), with solid experience in companies exclusively dedicated to payroll loans—preferably those focused on pension-sector payroll loans or loans for pensioners. The candidate must manage the strengthening of the national external freelance commercial force, guaranteeing achievement of disbursement targets and adherence to credit quality standards. (Important): Rapid formation of freelance or vendor work teams—external commercial force. Commission for freelancers or external commercial personnel you bring onboard: Portfolio purchase fee of $70,000 per million — $80,000 free-investment per million. We Offer: Initial fixed-term contract for 2 months; upon performance and results, it becomes indefinite. Base salary ranging from COP 2,500,000 to COP 3,500,000 depending on experience + uncapped performance-based commissions. High commission rates based on percentage of target achievement—uncapped. Job Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate the formation of national external commercial (freelance) teams. Design and implement payroll loan origination strategies. Ensure achievement of disbursement, growth, and profitability targets. Safeguard credit quality, risk mitigation, and compliance with internal policies. Support training, monitoring, and productivity processes for freelancers.
