External Commercial Advisor – Microcredit (Tunja)
Location: Duitama

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Microcredit placement in the assigned area
- Portfolio management and follow-up
- Primarily field-based work (90%) with administrative support (10%)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Technical, technological, or university degree
- Experience in TAT, PAP, or microcredit sales
- Own motorcycle and valid A2 driver's license required

- Base salary: $1,750,905 + Mobility allowance: $220,000 + Legal transportation allowance: $249,095 + Performance-based commissions up to $2,680,000
