As a Meat Assistant, you will assist in the processes of receiving, cold-storage handling, restocking, displaying, and selling various types of meat, ensuring compliance with the company's established quality and safety policies. What are we looking for? The candidate must be a high school graduate. Desirable: SENA studies in food-related fields. Must have six (6) months of experience, preferably in chain supermarkets as a MEAT ASSISTANT, and in handling meat, poultry, and fish. Knowledge of and ability to operate equipment such as electric saws, electric grinders, and utensils.
