As a Store Assistant You will be responsible for correctly executing all operational processes of the store, including cash register operations, warehouse management, customer service, and more. Your mission is to meet Dollarcity’s highest standards so that our customers’ shopping experience is optimal, ensuring proper product display and accurate pricing. What will your day-to-day look like? • Deliver high-quality service directly to our customers. • Maintain control and order in the warehouse area. • Ensure correct replenishment, pricing, and placement of merchandise on the sales floor. • Safeguard the store’s condition, ensuring compliance with image and cleanliness standards. • Handle and manage cash in the cashier area. What do you need to succeed? • Completed high school education. • Basic computer skills. • Energy, customer-service orientation, and numerical aptitude. • Availability to work rotating shifts and mobility.
