If you are passionate about ensuring safe and healthy workplaces and possess the experience required to effectively manage occupational risks, this is your opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of landmark projects! **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, implement, and supervise occupational safety and health plans and programs aligned with Colombian legislation and the company’s internal policies. * Conduct periodic inspections and audits at construction sites and workplaces to identify hazards, assess unsafe conditions, and propose corrective measures. * Investigate incidents, occupational accidents, and work-related illnesses, determine root causes, and prepare corresponding reports. * Develop and deliver OSH training and awareness programs for all personnel, including contractors. * Manage the occupational safety and health management system (OSHMS) and ensure its compliance and continuous improvement. * Coordinate and lead the Joint Occupational Safety and Health Committee (COPASST). * Advise project management and operational staff on OSH matters. * Maintain an updated risk matrix and define necessary operational controls. * Prepare and present periodic OSH performance reports to senior management. * Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to OSH. * Promote a culture of safety and prevention across all organizational levels. * Coordinate emergency management and contingency planning. * Supervise the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and tools. * Manage documentation and records related to the OSHMS. * Collaborate with external entities (e.g., Ministry of Labor, insurance providers) on OSH matters. REQUIREMENTS Minimum five (5) years of specific experience in infrastructure (roads, tunnels, bridges), industry, mining, or building construction. Valid Class B1 driver’s license. Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health and a valid 50-hour OSHMS course certification. Knowledge and experience in executing high-risk activities.
