An educational institution requires committed, responsible individuals with an excellent service attitude and attention to detail to join our team as a Maintenance Officer. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute preventive and corrective maintenance processes for the institution's infrastructure. * Participate in developing the maintenance schedule for facilities. * Carry out masonry, ceiling, plumbing, bathroom maintenance activities, and all tasks related to demolition and construction. **Requirements:** * Minimum six months of experience as a Maintenance Officer. * Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday. * Proactive attitude and attention to detail. **Skills:** * Self-care * Self-management * Job-related knowledge * Teamwork and collaboration * Empathy * Assertive communication * Self-control * We Offer: * Direct contract with the company. * A respectful and collaborative work environment.
