Job Summary: We are seeking a SENA Apprentice to support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of internal applications within a technology-driven environment. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a SENA Apprentice in the productive stage, currently enrolled in a technical or technological program related to Software Development, Information Systems Analysis and Development (ADSI), or similar fields. The apprentice will support the technology team in developing, maintaining, and enhancing internal applications. ▸ Support the development and maintenance of web and/or desktop applications. ▸ Participate in technical documentation of processes and systems. ▸ Collaborate in quality assurance (QA) testing and bug fixing. ▸ Assist in implementing new features according to requirements. ▸ Support database management (queries, reports, record updates). ▸ Participate in development team meetings and propose improvements. ▸ Complete assigned tasks within established deadlines. **Academic Requirements:** ▸ Enrolled in a SENA technical or technological program in: ▸ Information Systems Analysis and Development (ADSI) ▸ Software Development ▸ Software Programming **What We Offer** ▸ Financial support equivalent to 100% of the current legal minimum monthly wage (SMMLV). ▸ Enrollment in EPS (Health Promotion Entity) and ARL (Labor Risk Administrator) during the productive stage. ▸ Guidance and mentoring provided by the technology team. ▸ Hands-on practical experience in a dynamic business environment. ▸ Potential for full-time employment upon completion of the productive stage, subject to performance. ▸ A collaborative work environment focused on learning.
