Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology A nationally recognized technology company is currently seeking new talent to strengthen its workforce, specifically for on-site technical support services to end customers, with the following requirements: CERTIFIED OR GRADUATED TECHNICIAN OR TECHNOLOGIST (MANDATORY) in systems, equipment maintenance, electronics, or related fields. More than TWO YEARS of certified experience providing on-site and remote technical support for computing equipment and peripherals. Experience in preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. Technical support for printers across operating systems and backups, operating system migration. Equipment preparation and inventory management. Knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems, network administration, troubleshooting of laptops and desktops, access points, and working at heights. Primary responsibilities include on-site support and hardware diagnostics. Required knowledge includes: Hardware component testing and BIOS reset, domain joining and network configuration (IP and DNS), accurate case documentation and incident reporting, polite and effective user interaction. Conditions: Work Location: MEDELLÍN and neighboring municipalities (WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL); 100% on-site work. Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 hours per day), plus Saturday availability (not exceeding 44 weekly hours). Contract Type: Project-Based or Service Contract (Obra o Labor). Salary: COP $1,750,905 + COP $38,000 telephone allowance + COP $249,095 transportation allowance + operational expenses and travel allowances (as applicable), plus all statutory benefits (bonus payments, severance pay, severance interest, paid vacation). MUST possess valid certification and training for working at heights.
