




Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Commercial Executive for a technology company in Medellín, with experience in selling technological and intangible solutions, preferably in the healthcare sector. A technology-sector company requires a Junior Commercial Executive for its team in Medellín, with a minimum of 1 year of experience selling technological solutions and intangible products, preferably for the healthcare sector. SKILLS: - Handling objections. - Results orientation. - Market knowledge. - Digital competencies. - Commercial skills. KNOWLEDGE: - Proficiency in communication tools (Meet, Zoom, Skype). - Numerical skills and basic mathematics (calculations and percentages). - Marketing and negotiation techniques. - CRM management. EDUCATION: Business Administration, International Business, Quality Management, Health Services Administration, Bioengineering, or related fields. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 year selling intangible products, preferably in the healthcare sector. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Execute the client prospecting and acquisition process, closing commercial agreements and ensuring service delivery. - Support post-sales service by maintaining client relationships, verifying agreement compliance, and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure proper service delivery as agreed. - Adhere to the monthly sales and prospecting model, making calls, scheduling appointments and client visits, and generating quotations to meet assigned quotas. - Present and advise clients on services, introducing product alternatives, negotiating contract terms and conditions, supporting clients throughout service acquisition, and assisting both sales and post-sales teams. - Register clients in the CRM system to create new records and regularly update information according to follow-up activities. - Monitor the billing process to ensure proper payment management and, consequently, uninterrupted service delivery. SALARY: Base salary: $2,330,000 COP + commissions for achieving monthly targets. Guaranteed commission of $530,000 COP for the first three months.
