Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Professional Architect to handle comprehensive design, supervision, and management of interior architecture projects, coordinating with teams and suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive design and supervision of interior architecture projects. 2. Leading standardization of design processes and quality guidelines. 3. End-to-end project management and tracking from procurement to delivery. We are currently seeking a **Junior Professional Architect \- Medellín, Antioquia.** Join our team! **Requirements:** * Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, preferably with design training. * Junior professional, recently graduated; at least 1 year of experience in interior architecture projects is desirable. **Knowledge:** * Software proficiency * AutoCAD * Revit * SketchUp * Lumion / V\-Ray / Enscape * Photoshop * Illustrator * Excel and budgeting tools **Responsibilities:** * Conduct initial technical site visits for property screening and evaluation prior to purchase, identifying structural conditions, spatial features, finishes, and intervention potential. * Develop architectural drawings, renderings, and conceptual proposals for projects. * Define space layouts, façades, and interior and exterior design guidelines for projects. * Select materials, finishes, and design elements according to the established budget and project strategy. * Adapt designs based on company-defined needs and guidelines. * Coordinate technical design details with construction staff, contractors, and suppliers. * Conduct periodic site visits during construction execution to verify compliance with approved designs, construction process quality, and finishes. * Resolve design adjustments, modifications, or unforeseen issues arising during project execution. * Verify on-site compliance with approved designs and support project quality control. * Lead standardization of design processes, technical criteria, and quality guidelines for future projects. * Prepare technical documentation, drawings, records, and administrative supporting documents related to projects. * Manage and conduct comprehensive project tracking across all phases (procurement, design, construction, and delivery). * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor relevant to the position.
