Job Mission: Coordinate and supervise the operational activities of general services staff, ensuring compliance with agreed quality, safety, and timeliness standards of service with the client. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise cleaning activities performed by assigned staff Verify compliance with routines, functions, and service standards Monitor supplies, equipment, tools, and staff provisioning Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Support administrative processes related to the contract Participate in staff performance evaluations Manage operational, service-related, and payroll-related incidents Maintain appropriate relationships with clients and team members Ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations Requirements: High school diploma, technical degree, or student pursuing administrative or related studies Minimum 1 year of experience coordinating or supervising general services staff Desirable: experience in the healthcare sector.
