Job Summary: We are seeking high school graduates or technical professionals to provide warm and organized customer service, ensuring a friendly experience from the moment customers enter. Managing cash operations and payment registration A well-known Colombian restaurant chain specializing in traditional Colombian cuisine, grilled dishes, and bars is currently seeking high school graduates or technical professionals in customer service, with one (1) to two (2) years of experience in the gastronomic and/or hospitality sector, having held positions such as host or similar roles. · Mission: To deliver warm and organized customer service by welcoming, guiding, and accompanying customers within the establishment, ensuring timely service and appropriate management of assigned areas. · Responsibilities: Greet and guide customers, ensuring a friendly and organized service experience from their arrival. Assign tables and coordinate service flow, ensuring proper distribution and service delivery. Advise customers on the menu, products, and services offered by the establishment, addressing their inquiries. Manage cash operations and payment registration, ensuring transaction accuracy. Attend to the souvenir and/or gift shop, supporting product display, sales, and basic inventory control. · Technical Knowledge: SIESA software or similar. · Professional Competencies: Assertive communication. Impeccable personal presentation. · Salary: $ 1750.905 + transportation allowance + overtime payments + tips. Schedule: Rotating shifts, Sunday to Sunday, with one compensatory day off.
