




Job Summary: An SST professional to lead the implementation, monitoring, and control of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SG-SST) on site. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support for employee well-being and human resources management An industrial, commercial, and corporate sector company requires an SST professional for Medellín to lead the implementation, monitoring, and control of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SG-SST) on site. The candidate will be responsible for managing risk matrices, inspections, training sessions, accident investigations, emergency drills, document control, performance indicators, and legal compliance in occupational safety and health (SST). Additionally, the role includes contractor oversight, medical examinations, height certification, reporting to ARL and EPS, employee inductions, handling personnel incidents, and supporting employee well-being and human resources management processes. The candidate must ensure compliance with quality policies, improvement actions, and internal organizational procedures. Requirements include a valid SST license, a 50/20-hour SG-SST course, an advanced height work course or authorization as a certified worker, and certification as a Safe Work at Heights Coordinator. Candidates must possess teamwork skills, proactivity, autonomy, analytical ability, assertive communication, planning capability, decision-making ability, and goal orientation.
