Job Summary: We are seeking a large-format digital printer to control and program printing machine operations, perform preventive maintenance, and operate presses for lithographic production. Key Responsibilities: 1. Control and programming of computerized machines and printers 2. Preventive maintenance of printing and lithographic equipment 3. Production and stamping of digital images on various substrates Position: Large-Format Digital Printer – Lithographic Company Responsibilities: - Control and program the quality and operations of computerized machines and printers using codes and keys entered via a console. - Monitor, evaluate, verify, and adjust feeding, dampening, and operational systems of machines and presses, among others, to detect malfunctions and ensure compliance with quality levels established in tests and parameters. - Perform preventive maintenance related to adjustment, repair, and cleaning of printing and lithographic machines. - Install, adjust, clean, and monitor feeding mechanisms, delivery mechanisms, inking systems, and other functions of plates, cylinders, and printing and lithographic machines at the end of operations. - Mix inks and solvents, fill ink reservoirs, adjust measurements, control feeding, color, and viscosity during lithographic printing processes according to operational specifications. - Operate and monitor low-speed presses and printing machines during ink tests, alignment, presentation, and make required adjustments. - Produce, transfer, generate, reproduce, and stamp digital printing images, drawings, or motifs onto fabric or paper using embossed plates or machines equipped with embossed cylinders. - Review work orders to determine specifications, color sequences, required quantities, and lithographic production timelines. - Perform related duties.
