




Job Summary: A quality inspector is required to ensure compliance with processes, material analysis and documentation, as well as verification of conditions and equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance of manufacturing and assembly processes. 2. Conduct analysis of materials and raw materials. 3. Monitor environmental conditions and verify measurement equipment. The quality inspector must perform the following duties: * Inspect that processes are carried out in accordance with applicable specifications. * Approve the start-up of processes such as cap manufacturing and assembly. * Perform material or raw material analysis. * Complete documentation (recording of analyses). * Report any nonconformity or deviation identified in any process. * Verify temperature and humidity conditions in handling areas. * Verify weighing equipment daily. * Calibrate measurement equipment. * Retention sampling, recording, and storage. * Verify cleanliness conditions in manufacturing and conditioning areas. * Prepare management reports. * Inform the area supervisor immediately upon occurrence of any incident.
