Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Civil Engineer or Architect to technically, operationally, and commercially coordinate construction projects in the residential and/or commercial sector. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive coordination and monitoring of construction projects. 2. On-site activity supervision and progress control. 3. Commercial management support and customer service. Project Coordinator – Construction Location: Cota, Cundinamarca A construction-sector company is seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect with 1–5 years of experience in residential and/or commercial projects to support technical, operational, and commercial coordination of projects. Main Responsibilities: Coordination and monitoring of construction projects. On-site activity supervision and progress control against the schedule. Coordination of contractors, suppliers, and the project’s technical team. Supplier management and support in procurement processes. Budget, cost, and quantity-of-work control and monitoring. Commercial management support: customer service, opportunity follow-up, and sales process support. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. 1–5 years of field or construction project coordination experience. Experience coordinating suppliers or contractors. Proficiency in Excel. Organized, proactive profile with ability to track multiple work fronts. Conditions: Work Location: Cota, Cundinamarca. Employment Type: Full-time. Contract Type: Initial service agreement, with potential transition to indefinite-term employment contract or direct labor contract based on performance.
