Job Summary: We are seeking a technician or technologist to provide technical support, preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment, networks, and computer systems. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support and maintenance. 2. Knowledge of network and operating system administration. 3. Security management, antivirus, and backup management. Technician or technologist in Systems, Computer Science, Networks, Electronics, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience providing technical support, preventive and corrective maintenance for the organization's equipment, networks, and computer systems, ensuring availability, security, and efficiency of technological resources. Knowledge of • Basic network administration (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN). • Installation and maintenance of hardware and operating systems (Windows, Linux). • Support for office productivity tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace). • Antivirus management, backup management, and security policies. • Diagnosis and repair of computer equipment. • Basic knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud services (AWS, Azure). -Requirements- Minimum education: University / Technical degree 2 years of experience Knowledge: Electronics, Computer Science, Preventive Maintenance, Networks, Technical Support Keywords: resident, supervisor, sub-manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain, technologist, technician, tech, technician, technology, technology, technologist
