Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing Shipping operations, tracking key performance indicators, analyzing data, and proposing improvements to optimize processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages Shipping operations with reporting and indicator tracking. 2. Conducts detailed shipment tracking from dispatch to customer delivery. 3. Proposes operational improvements and presents periodic operational analyses. **Job Description** ---------------------- Manage Shipping operations by generating daily reports and monitoring key indicators (DOT, LT, CAS) to support decision-making and continuous improvement. 1. Track each item from dispatch to customer delivery (Shipping), ensuring adherence to promised delivery dates both from the Seller and to the customer. 2. Conduct detailed tracking of courier-related requests received via email. 3. Present daily summaries and analyses of operational opening and closing. 4. Identify specific operational failures and escalate them to the IMP Tracking Coordinator. 5. Propose short-term improvements based on identified gaps. 6.
