




Position Summary: We are seeking a leader for a key road project in Colombia, responsible for integrated strategy, risk management, and stakeholder relations, contributing to the transition toward net-zero emissions. The Project: This opportunity aims to support one of Colombia’s most important road projects in recent years. It is among the most significant road infrastructure initiatives, with an estimated investment of approximately COP 8.800 billion. You will be responsible for: * Leading the project’s integrated strategy, aligning technical, contractual, and operational objectives. * Managing multiple work packages simultaneously (maintenance, rehabilitation, and new construction). * Ensuring governance, accountability, traceability, and technical-financial control. * Identifying, anticipating, and managing critical risks in engineering, scheduling, land access, weather, and territorial coordination. * Ensuring effective stakeholder relationships: government agencies, communities, contractors, and third-party supervisors. * Collaborating to achieve the shared goal of transitioning to net-zero carbon emissions, jointly taking responsibility for proactively identifying and managing associated emissions and reduction actions during project execution. You will need: * A professional degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering. * Certifications: MCIOB / MAPM / MRICS / MICE (desirable). * Over 20 years of experience in road infrastructure (maintenance, pavements, bridges, open-cut works). * Knowledge and experience with EPC, FIDIC, and/or NEC contractual frameworks. * CSCS certification or equivalent. * Extensive experience in stakeholder management and inter-institutional coordination. * A strong track record leading complex, large-scale road projects or programs.
