Active participation in building standardized processes **Job Description** ---------------------- Analyze and deliver effective solutions to Sellers (suppliers) on our platforms by applying the company's established processes. 1\. Address Sellers' concerns and difficulties regarding platform usage—where their operations, sales, and payments are conducted—with sound judgment. 2\. Provide accurate and logical information to Sellers about process updates, changes in terms and conditions, commission rate adjustments, shipment status changes, product returns, and cancellations. 3\.
