Position: Service Technician / Specialized Technical Support At Lexco, we are looking for talented individuals with experience, commitment, and high technical proficiency to strengthen our team. If you are passionate about technology and fieldwork, this opportunity is for you! Required Profile: Technologist or professional in related fields. Proficiency in multifunctional devices (segments 1 and 2). Knowledge of color IRC equipment (segments 1, 2, and 3). Experience with scanners, printers, and microfilmers. Responsibilities: Properly repair assigned equipment. Apply instruction ST-IT-001 for each service. Ensure customer satisfaction. Complete and submit Technical Service Reports (TSR) via the app. Provide support to other regions (in-person or remote). Employment Conditions: Schedule: Monday to Friday (Lexco office hours). 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (GPS mandatory). Availability for weekends or holidays (compensated). Willingness to travel across the Caribbean Coast: Córdoba, Sucre, Bolívar, Magdalena, Atlántico, and La Guajira. Availability for training in Bogotá when required.
