Advanced Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP or SIESA) proficiency We seek a technician or technologist in administrative, logistics, information technology, or related fields, with experience in inventory control and auditing, intermediate or advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or SIESA. The individual will be responsible for ensuring inventory reliability and supporting loss prevention through in-store operational process audits and control. Required Knowledge Inventory management and control. Inventory rotation methods: FIFO (First In, First Out). Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. ERP knowledge (SAP or SIESA). Inventory audit techniques. Inventory types and asset control. Main Responsibilities Prepare, record, and conduct physical inventory counts of goods and assets. Execute transactional entries in the system, generate reports, and monitor key performance indicators. Adhere to the audit schedule for key store processes (e.g., receiving, storage, inventory rotation, PUM, cash registers, etc.). Analyze collected data to identify discrepancies and prevent losses.
