Customer Portfolio and Development Project Management **PURPOSE** ------------- Support the executive in developing all commercial and administrative processes and activities aimed at growing the B2B business, ensuring cost-benefit effectiveness in every activity and guaranteeing timely, comprehensive, and satisfactory responses to customer requests, needs, and expectations. **RESPONSIBILITIES** --------------------- * Contact customers, identify their needs, and provide timely responses to achieve customer satisfaction. * Conduct market analysis, study customer needs, and analyze competitors to develop sales plans and commercial plans. * Monitor key sales performance indicators (KPIs) for customers. * Follow up on customer service by handling complaints and claims. * Prepare product quotations according to customer requirements and predefined parameters. * Manage the B2B customer portfolio. * Schedule sample shipments to current and prospective customers. * Participate in new product development and promotional projects under the defined methodology. * Develop assigned customers. * Support the budgeting, forecasting, and projection process. * Support the development of the sales plan according to established guidelines and closely monitor its various activities. **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS** ------------------------------ * Commercial skills * Marketing knowledge * Financial and market knowledge * Analytical thinking **EDUCATION** ------------- Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration or Engineering REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE: * 3 years of experience in roles with commercial responsibilities. * U.S. Visa (non-negotiable) * English C1 level (non-negotiable) * Experience in technical sales and ingredients (desirable)
