Position: Data Analyst Location: Orfebrería Rodríguez (La Tablaza) Work Mode: On-site Job Mission: Analyze and structure the organization's key information to support decision-making, optimize processes, and strengthen management indicators across various departments. Main Responsibilities * Consolidate and analyze databases. * Design management reports and indicators. * Build dashboards and visualization tools. * Identify improvement opportunities based on data. * Automate reporting and monitoring processes. * Support administrative, operational, and commercial departments with strategic analysis. * Ensure data quality and reliability. Requirements ✔ Bachelor's or technical degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields. ✔ Experience in data analysis or business intelligence. ✔ Advanced Excel proficiency. ✔ Knowledge of SQL and tools such as Power BI. ✔ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. ✔ Python proficiency or experience in report automation is desirable.
