Partner company is seeking a professional accountant with an active professional license, preferably specialized in taxation or financial management. Minimum five (5) years of experience coordinating accounting departments. · Mission: Coordinate and control the organization’s accounting processes, ensuring the reliability of financial information, compliance with tax and regulatory obligations, and timely generation of information for decision-making. · Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise monthly accounting closings, ensuring integrity, timeliness, and reasonableness of financial information. Ensure compliance with tax, fiscal, and regulatory obligations, overseeing proper application of IFRS and other applicable legal provisions. Supervise reconciliations, accounting entries, and financial controls, ensuring quality and consistency of accounting information. Coordinate integration and proper functioning of accounting processes within the ERP and other information systems used by the organization. Lead, guide, and monitor the accounting team, promoting goal achievement, continuous improvement, and departmental development. Prepare and analyze key performance indicators, financial reports, and managerial reports to support the organization’s strategic decision-making. Manage internal and external audits and regulatory authority requests, ensuring availability and reliability of required information. Propose and implement improvements to accounting and financial processes that enhance operational efficiency and strengthen internal controls. · Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in SIESA. Intermediate Excel. Tax knowledge and IFRS. Accounting integration. Financial indicators and managerial analysis. Proficiency in Office tools.
