Job Summary: We are seeking an entry-level Appian developer to join a process automation team, supporting the development and maintenance of applications under the guidance of a technical lead. Development: personalized career plan and continuous training Justification: An entry-level Appian developer is required to join a process automation team, with the objective of supporting the development and maintenance of Appian applications under the guidance of a technical lead or senior developer. This profile will strengthen the team’s operational capacity, enable assumption of lower-complexity tasks, and advance internal talent training. Responsibilities: Support the development of processes in Appian: business rules, expressions, basic interfaces, and forms. Perform simple adjustments to existing components as instructed by the technical team. Execute basic functional tests and validate acceptance criteria with team support. Document developed components. Actively participate in agile ceremonies (dailies, refinements, retrospectives). Receive continuous training to progress toward greater technical autonomy. Academic Level: Recent graduates or students in their final semester of Systems Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Ideally English level B1\+ but minimum A2. * Basic software development knowledge. Ability to follow good development practices defined by the CoE. General understanding of logical development or structured programming. * Willingness and availability to learn and dedicate time to training. 100% remote during the first 3\-4 weeks of the Seed Program training. * Explicit interest in process automation and APPIAN (processes, interfaces, expressions). * Basic proficiency with tools such as Postman and simple SQL queries. * Desirable: knowledge of agile methodologies. * Learning attitude, collaborative mindset, and attention to detail.
