We are seeking a Mixing Operator (high school graduate) with food production experience to perform duties including receiving, weighing, operating machinery, and complying with GMP.

POSITION: MIXING OPERATOR
A well-known company located along the Medellín–Bogotá highway, dedicated to powdered food production, is seeking new talent. If you are a high school graduate with at least one year of work experience in food production companies, this is your opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Receive and separate weighed raw materials
- Feed hoppers and mixers
- Operate mixing machines
- Report malfunctions or anomalies occurring at your workstation
- Separate counter-samples and label them with batch and product reference information for all mixed products, according to established protocols
- Assemble and disassemble equipment components during cleaning
- Comply with GMP
- Shift Schedules:
Shift 1: 6:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday to Thursday; Friday 6:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Shift 2: 10:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m., Monday to Thursday; Friday 11:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Shift 3: 8:30 p.m. – 6:30 a.m., Monday to Thursday; Friday 8:30 p.m. – Saturday 5:30 a.m.
Salary: COP $2,077,000 + Transportation Allowance COP $249,095 + Statutory Benefits
- Contract Type: Project-based and labor contract via Manpower
