Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Engineer to lead the technical, financial, and operational structuring of yellow machinery fleets, designing integrated solutions and optimizing equipment lifecycle. At Navitrans, we seek a Project Engineer — a strategic profile combining technical, analytical, and financial expertise, oriented toward designing integrated solutions for yellow machinery fleet management. We require a professional in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with experience in sectors such as mining, construction, or infrastructure, and a minimum of three years in roles such as applications engineering, technical support, or heavy machinery fleet management. Solid knowledge of yellow machinery maintenance, data analysis, and tool development in Excel, Power BI, or Python is essential. The role’s objective is to lead the technical, financial, and operational structuring of acquisition and fleet management projects, designing strategies that optimize equipment lifecycle and ensure solutions aligned with customer needs and company guidelines. This position involves technically validating proposals, developing preventive and corrective maintenance models, analyzing cost-per-hour metrics, and building profitability comparisons (TCO) to support decision-making. Key responsibilities include designing maintenance plans based on operational severity, structuring component and wear-part replacement matrices, conducting field studies to identify operational needs and size optimal fleets that maximize productivity and mechanical availability. Additionally, the role requires structuring on-site after-sales solutions, such as on-site workshops, consignment stock, or dedicated technicians. Furthermore, the role entails developing financial and operational analyses, including total cost of ownership (TCO) models, operational efficiency (TOE/OEE), operational simulations, fuel consumption analysis, and technical benchmarking — generating key insights to support the commercial team and strategic decision-making.
