We are seeking technology graduates or students in their final semesters of programs such as Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Main Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support for recruitment, selection, and hiring processes, ensuring talent attraction, information validation, and timely onboarding of new employees. Responsibilities: Posting and disseminating job vacancies across various channels; screening resumes and conducting preliminary phone interviews; scheduling and tracking interviews; supporting the administration of psychometric tests; verifying employment references and documentation; coordinating occupational medical examinations; managing documents and hiring procedures; assisting with employee onboarding and probationary period follow-up; and updating candidate databases. Requirements: Proficiency in recruitment platforms Basic Excel skills Fundamental knowledge of selection processes and assertive communication and organizational skills.
