Responsibilities Participate in the preparation of bakery products. Assist in maintaining quality standards. Collaborate in organizing and cleaning the work area. Perform support tasks in receiving and controlling supplies. Requirements Prior experience in bakery. 1 year of experience in industrial bakery production. Knowledge of ingredient measurement (dosage). Knowledge of basic bakery techniques. Valid Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) course. High school diploma or technical degree in baking or related fields. Schedule: Rotating morning and afternoon shifts, Sunday to Sunday, with compensatory days during the week or on weekends according to scheduling.
