Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Technician or Technologist to track shipping documents, digitize invoices, package goods, and manage warehouse operations. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in logistics management and ERP system operation. 2. Responsibilities in tracking, digitization, and inventory administration. 3. Comprehensive warehouse administration and billing processes. Technician or Technologist in Logistics Management or related field 2 years of experience SIESA proficiency preferred Responsibilities: 1\. Track shipping documents with carriers. 2\. Digitize supplier purchase invoices. 3\. Package goods and generate carrier shipping documents for end users (other cities). 4\. Create and update products in the ERP system. 5\. Monitor the electronic invoicing inbox for supplier invoices, cross-checking them against purchase orders to identify users (local and end users), amounts, and quantities. 6\. Perform physical verification of goods and enter them into the ERP system. 7\. Record and update merchandise receipts in the MASTER TABLES FOR RECEIPTS AND INVOICES. 8\. Manage the general physical warehouse. 9\. Digitize supplier purchase invoices daily and forward them to accounting. 10\. Apply supplier credit notes in the ERP system. 11\.
