Position: Merchandisers Employment Conditions: Salary: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMMLV) + statutory benefits + commissions. Schedule: Monday to Saturday and two Sundays per month (applies to major and intermediate cities). 8-hour daily shift according to the point-of-sale schedule. Requirements: High school diploma. Minimum 6 months of marketing experience performing duties such as shelf stocking, implementation of planograms, assembly and maintenance of displays, brand activation, and handling of supplementary lists.
