




Job Summary: Support payroll, social security, social benefits, and documentation management, as well as address employee inquiries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in payroll and social benefits settlement 2. Management of social security affiliations and updates 3. Payroll documentation handling and employee assistance Register and validate payroll updates: shifts, overtime hours, night shift surcharges, Sunday and holiday surcharges. Support payroll settlement for operational and administrative staff. Support calculation of social benefits (bonus, severance pay, vacation). Manage social security affiliations and updates (EPS, ARL, AFP, compensation fund). Review inconsistencies Update reports and departmental databases. Organize and archive payroll documentation.
