Job Summary: This role focuses on security, access control, surveillance, visitor assistance, and incident management, ensuring compliance with regulations and protocols. Key Responsibilities: 1. Control and monitoring of access for staff, visitors, and vehicles. 2. Conducting security patrols on foot, by motorcycle, or by vehicle. 3. Ensuring the safety of individuals in the service area and providing emergency assistance. **1** Control access for staff, visitors, and vehicles. **2** Conduct security patrols on foot, by motorcycle, or by vehicle. **3** Assist and guide visitors at the gatehouse or reception. **4** Verify compliance with internal security regulations. **5** Prepare reports and incident logs. **6** Utilize security technology (radios, smartphones, and other available tools as specified per project). **7** Ensure the safety of individuals in the service area. **8** Coordinate and assist in emergency evacuations. **9** Operate light vehicles or motorcycles during patrols (if applicable). **10** Adhere to protocols established by SuperVigilancia. **11** Report incidents to immediate supervisor and follow instructions. **12** Support colleagues and promote teamwork. **13** Other duties associated with this position. **14** All procedures established by the organization and client applicable to this position.
