Identify nonconformities arising in processes within your scope of competence and conduct appropriate follow-up. Define and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions for processes under your responsibility. Disseminate procedures and documentation changes related to your processes to all involved parties. Review procedures and other documents specific to your processes. Ensure compliance with the SIG procedures of your department and cross-departmental procedures as applicable. Identify and evaluate process compliance based on indicators. Ensure timely implementation of actions to eliminate detected nonconformities and their root causes without unjustified delay. Meet established timelines within the SIG. Submit reports required by Senior Management. Promote continuous improvement of the SIG. Encourage the application of best practices in safety, occupational health, and environmental matters, promoting healthy lifestyles and habits within your process. Support, within your area of competence, the development of necessary control measures to minimize existing hazards, risks, environmental aspects, and impacts in your process. Ensure all accidents and incidents related to your process are reported for timely investigation. Verify compliance with information security regulations in the process.
