We are looking for Grill Cooks, as well as Kitchen Assistants and Table Servers, with outstanding attitude, commitment, and passion for service. Main Responsibilities (Grill Cook): Grilling and/or griddling meats. Igniting, controlling, and managing grill temperature. Properly managing cooking times and doneness levels according to customer requests. Preparatory food handling (mise en place): cutting, portioning, and marinating. Quality control of products (freshness, flavor, and presentation). Maintaining order, cleanliness, and disinfection of the work area. Providing kitchen support when required. Basic inventory and supply management. Teamwork to meet service timing requirements. Requirements: Proven experience as a grill cook or in the kitchen. Availability to work on weekends. Proactive attitude, responsibility, and agility. Excellent customer service and teamwork. Availability to attend an interview. Working Conditions: Salary: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMLV), proportional to days worked. Biweekly payments. Weekend shifts. Excellent working environment.
