Main Responsibilities: Attraction and Retention: Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure the integration of top talent. Culture and Organizational Climate: Design strategies that promote a positive, safe, inclusive work environment aligned with the company’s values. Development and Training: Implement career plans, performance evaluations, and continuous training programs for employees. Compensation and Benefits: Structure and oversee competitive remuneration policies and workplace wellness programs. Labor Relations and Compliance: Ensure compliance with current labor legislation, payroll management, and coordination of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&S MS).
