




Job Summary: Assists in food preparation, plating, and presentation while keeping the work area and kitchen equipment clean and organized, and supporting supply management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Food preparation and plating for menus and events. 2. Maintaining hygiene and order in the kitchen area. 3. Assisting with inventory management and raw material ordering. Prepare sauces; prepare and peel fruits, sandwiches, and other items specific to hotel operations; keep the workplace, stoves, grills, ovens, steam kettles, and pans clean; assist with plating, preparation, and presentation of menu dishes and event buffets; assist with cleaning and organizing refrigerators and freezers, and inform the chef about leftover foods and sauces from the previous day so they can be scheduled and used promptly Retrieve items and raw materials from the warehouse according to requisitions approved by the chef Process orders requested via order slips from the restaurant and/or room service . -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary Basic Education 2 years of experience Keywords: helper, assistant, assistant, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide, culinary, culinary, cook, kitchen
