




Job Summary: We are seeking personnel with service skills, agility, and learning ability for food preparation, processing, and assembly, while maintaining organization and cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Food preparation and processing according to recipes. 2. Organization of supplies and implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). 3. Cleaning and disinfection of kitchen areas and equipment. We seek individuals with service skills, agility, learning ability, ability to follow instructions, orderliness, cleanliness, and teamwork. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Food preparation in accordance with the company’s recipe manual (Dossier), processing and cooking of vegetables, tubers, meats, and sauces. • Preparation of mise en place • Organization of supplies, receipt of goods, storage, labeling of raw and processed products • Food assembly • Preparation and verification of supplies • Completion of temperature logs • Cleaning and disinfection of areas, facility sanitation, utensils, kitchen equipment, and washing and disinfection of areas • Implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for food and company quality standards. REQUIREMENTS: • Education: High school diploma with kitchen experience; or Technical Degree in Gastronomy / Culinary Arts • Knowledge: Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for food • Experience: 1 year of certified experience in restaurant, hotel, or club kitchens.
