Job Summary: DUFLO is seeking an experienced Kitchen Assistant to prepare and cook food, maintain the workstation, and support chefs in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on organization and attention to detail DUFLO, a leading Colombian company specializing in food service, waitering, laundry, cleaning, gardening, and camp management for industrial sector clients, is currently seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join its team in TOCANCIPÁ - CUNDINAMARCA, preferably residing in the El Verganzo or Canavita rural districts. Requirements: * Minimum 6 months of prior experience in this role * Ability to work in a busy, high-pressure kitchen environment * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team Responsibilities: * Prepare and cook food according to provided instructions and recipes * Clean and maintain the workstation and kitchen area * Assist chefs with preparation and cooking tasks * Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations We Offer: Salary: $1,750,905 + Transportation allowance + Statutory benefits + Performance bonus (52,600) Shifts: 6x1 (six working days followed by one day off, either Saturday or Sunday) Contract: Fixed-term, renewable based on performance IMPORTANT: Must have up-to-date vaccination schedule (COVID-19, Yellow Fever, Tetanus, and Hepatitis A) and a valid food handling certification.-Requirements- Minimum Education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education Less than 1 year of experience Skills: Ability to follow instructions, Attention to detail, Cooking, Table service Keywords: helper, assistant, assistant, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide, culinary, culinary, cook, kitchen
