Excellent performance across various kitchen areas is required. Knowledge is required in the following areas: Hot cuisine. Cold cuisine. Buffet service line (customer service). Utensil washing. Pot washing. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in restaurants, food casinos, or hotels Academic level: primary education or high school diploma Excellent personal presentation. Basic knowledge of cooking and mass preparation. BPM (Good Manufacturing Practices) handling. Teamwork. Employment Conditions: Salary: $1,750,905 + all statutory benefits + transportation allowance 249,095 Availability to work Sunday to Sunday on rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), with one compensatory day per week.
