Main Responsibilities: Support food preparation according to nutritional guidelines. Portioning of food. Ensure compliance with hygiene, food handling, and food safety standards. Maintain clean, organized, and properly disinfected work areas. Collaborate as part of a team with kitchen staff, dietitians, and patient services. Candidate Profile: Minimum 6 months of experience in kitchens, food service, or the hospital sector. Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food handling. Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and attention to detail. Availability for shifts and ability to handle high-workload environments. Availability from Sunday to Sunday, rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), with one compensatory day per week. We Offer: Direct employment contract.
