At Compensar—recognized as one of the most important organizations in the Family Compensation Fund sector—we are looking for a committed, organized, detail-oriented Logistics Assistant with a service-oriented mindset, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to adapt well to dynamic environments. What Are We Looking For? Academic Qualifications: Technical or technological studies in logistics or administration-related fields. Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in logistics functions such as inventory management, picking, and packing. Availability: Willingness to work rotating shifts, full-time commitment, and readiness to travel across all our locations. What Do We Offer? Competitive Salary: COP $2,054,000 + statutory benefits + transportation allowance. Direct Contract: Initial fixed-term contract for 6 months, with potential for renewal and prospects for long-term employment stability. Working Hours: 46 hours per week on rotating schedules (Sunday to Sunday), including one mid-week compensatory day off.
