




Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to ensure the optimal operation of equipment and infrastructure across our bakery and pastry retail locations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. 2. Coordinate and supervise maintenance providers. 3. Ensure operational continuity and minimize failures. We are an artisanal company with 13 years of experience in producing high-quality bakery and pastry products. We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This person will be responsible for: Requirements: Technician, Technologist, or Professional in related fields. Experience: Minimum 5 years in related roles, preferably within food production companies. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation, preservation, and availability of all equipment, machinery, and infrastructure at Les Amis retail locations, guaranteeing operational continuity and minimizing failures that impact service. 1. Preventive Maintenance Management: Plan and execute the preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment (cafeteria, kitchen, refrigeration, ovens, display cases, etc.). Ensure compliance with established maintenance frequencies per equipment type. Maintain updated records of all interventions performed. 2. Corrective Maintenance Management: Respond to and resolve promptly failures reported by retail locations. Coordinate repairs with external providers when necessary. Prioritize incidents based on their impact on operations. 3. Equipment Control and Monitoring: Maintain an updated inventory of equipment and machinery per retail location. Track equipment condition, useful life, and replacement needs. Identify operational risks associated with equipment failure or wear. 4. Provider Management: Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair providers. Evaluate quality, response times, and costs. Manage quotations and technical recommendations for approval. 5. Maintenance Supplies Management: Control stock levels of required maintenance supplies (tools, spare parts, technical cleaning products, etc.). Submit timely requisitions to prevent stockouts. 6. Operational Support: Provide technical support to production and service teams. Train staff on proper equipment usage to prevent damage. Ensure equipment is operational before the start of each shift (based on criticality). 7. Reporting and Control: Periodically report overall equipment status to the Operations Manager. Immediately report critical incidents. Track basic indicators: failures, response times, maintenance costs. 8. Continuous Improvement: Propose process, equipment, or infrastructure improvements to optimize operations. Reduce costs associated with recurring damage or improper use.
