Maintenance Manager

Description

Position Summary: Plan, coordinate, and oversee maintenance of infrastructure, machinery, and equipment, ensuring operational continuity and support to production areas. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in ensuring operational continuity of the farm and supporting production areas. 2. Comprehensive management of maintenance, infrastructure, and environmental systems. 3. Direct contribution to production, economic, and environmental objectives. Plan, coordinate, direct, and control all activities related to maintenance of infrastructure, machinery, equipment, electrical systems, tools, composting, waste management, landscaping, carpentry, welding, internal transportation, and flower harvesting, ensuring operational continuity of the farm, compliance with environmental regulations, proper resource management, and timely support to all production areas of the company. Academic Qualifications * Technician or Professional degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Agricultural Production, Agricultural Engineering, Environmental Management, or related fields. Experience * Minimum five (5) years of experience in similar positions. * Proven experience in agricultural or floricultural companies. * Experience managing operational and technical personnel.
