Job Summary: Responsible for managing and strengthening the Quality Management System (QMS), coordinating regulatory requirements, designing indicators, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to promote a quality-oriented culture. Key Highlights: 1. Lead continuous improvement projects and process optimization. 2. Coordinate regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with regulations. 3. Design and analyze management indicators for decision-making. 1) Manage and strengthen the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring its updating, compliance, continuous improvement, and alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. 2) Coordinate and address regulatory and oversight agency requirements, such as ICA, CAR, INVIMA, FDA, and other applicable bodies, guaranteeing regulatory and documentary compliance. 3) Design, consolidate, and analyze management, productivity, and quality indicators, generating periodic reports to facilitate decision-making and performance tracking. 4) Lead continuous improvement projects by identifying optimization opportunities in processes, productivity, quality, costs, service, and operational efficiency. 5) Document, standardize, and update procedures, work instructions, forms, and protocols, promoting an organizational culture focused on order, traceability, and continuous improvement. 6) Coordinate internal audits and support external audits, following up on findings, action plans, and effective closure of deviations. 7) Promote a quality and continuous improvement culture through training, mentoring, and monitoring of various organizational processes. 8) Monitor action plans, strategic projects, and improvement activities, verifying their execution, compliance, and results.-Requirements- Minimum education: University / Professional Degree 1 year of experience Languages: English Knowledge: Continuous improvement, Food industry, Management indicators, Industrial engineering, Excel macros, Power BI, Production processes, QMS Keywords: resident, supervisor, sub-manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain, quality, QA
