Positive work environment At Pecado Capital, we are looking for a responsible, organized, and leadership-skilled Regional Manager to supervise the operations of our retail stores in Bogotá. -Salary: $3,000,000 + Transportation allowance + Mobility allowance ($150,000) -Work location: Bogotá -Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 11:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.; Friday and Saturday: 11:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. *Responsibilities: -Conduct inventories and inspection visits to assigned locations. -Prepare and manage the biweekly schedule for supervised staff. -Supervise the proper operation of retail stores, ensuring compliance with quality, service, and presentation standards. -Perform cash reconciliations, verifying closings and validating proper cash handling to ensure no discrepancies exist. -Coordinate and schedule preventive and/or facility maintenance. -Prepare and submit management reports to senior management. *Requirements: -Motorcycle preferred for traveling between locations. -Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar or personnel supervision roles. -Ability to lead teams, manage tasks, and resolve unforeseen issues. -Organized, proactive individual with goal-oriented mindset. *We Offer: -Job stability. -Performance-based bonuses and incentives. -Positive work environment. -Opportunities for career growth within the company.
