




Position Summary: A professional who ensures the structuring, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS), managing resources and preventing risks. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the OSHMS. 2. Coordinate strategies for the prevention of occupational accidents and diseases. 3. Promote a culture of occupational risk prevention. OSHMS Supervisor Position Purpose: Ensure the proper structuring, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS), guaranteeing compliance with current regulations and the ongoing updating of applicable legislation. Additionally, manage with management the human, technical, financial, and material resources required for occupational risk prevention, in accordance with contractual requirements. Main Responsibilities: * Lead the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the OSHMS within the organization. * Manage and ensure the ongoing updating of applicable legal regulations on Occupational Safety and Health. * Coordinate the design and implementation of strategies, plans, and programs aimed at preventing occupational accidents and diseases. * Promote a culture of occupational risk prevention. * Lead, establish, and supervise the operation of the Joint Occupational Safety and Health Committee (COPASST), ensuring its active participation and compliance with current regulations. * Ensure permanent availability of the position throughout the contractual execution period. Position Requirements: 1. Academic Qualifications: * Degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Occupational Health, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety and Health (Occupational Health). 2. Mandatory Licenses and Certifications: * Valid license to provide Occupational Safety and Health services, in accordance with current regulations. * Certification as an Internal Auditor under the “Trinorma” standard. * Certification as a Safe Work at Heights Coordinator (minimum 80-hour course). * Certification from the 50-hour OSHMS course. 3. Additional Training: * Training in load lifting operations. * Certification in first aid and as a first responder. * Training in the management and implementation of Resolution 0312 of 2019 (formerly Resolution 1111). 4.
