Dynamic work environment and constant professional challenges Job Description: Quality Assistant Location: Sesquilé, Cundinamarca (Willingness to travel to satellite plants) A prominent plastics company located in SESQUILÉ is seeking a QUALITY ASSISTANT. We are looking for technicians or technologists in Quality, Industrial Processes, Plastic Materials, Metrology, Chemistry applied to industry, or related fields. Essential Requirements Education: Technical or technological degree in Food Quality Control or similar. Experience: Minimum 1 year handling inspection processes, sampling, and measurements on plastic products (preferably bottles, caps, and preforms). Corporate internship experience is considered. Mobility: Willingness and means/facility to travel across the organization’s various satellite plants as required. Schedule: Full availability to work on ROTATING SHIFTS. Responsibilities Perform rigorous measurements and quality controls on plastic products. Ensure that raw materials and finished products comply with technical data sheets and required specifications. Carry out material approvals and holds strictly adhering to quality standards. Travel between different sites or satellite plants to ensure standardization of the quality process. Collaborate closely with the production team to prevent process deviations. Technical Knowledge Metrology and use of precision measuring instruments. Material approval and rejection techniques. Knowledge of injection, blow molding, and preform defects. We Offer Bi-weekly payments. Transportation Benefit (Coverage subject to verification for the Sesquilé area and surrounding regions).
